BigBear.ai has formed a partnership with C Speed, LLC to provide AI-enabled threat detection capabilities. BigBear.ai’s ConductorOS AI orchestration platform will be integrated with C Speed’s software-defined LightWave Radar (LWR) system, supporting air and missile defence, and counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) applications.
C Speed’s radars are manufactured in the United States and are available as both aerostat-based and tower-based systems.
The companies say that integrating ConductorOS with C Speed’s sensor capabilities will enable “AI-driven fusion across multiple sensors to support complex mission engagements, including C-UAS”. The combined system is designed to accelerate operator threat detection and response timelines.
