Türkiye’s ASELSAN has introduced three new generation naval defence systems at a launch ceremony at IDEF 2025 in İstanbul, including the CENK 4D 2-Axis AESA Multifunctional Radar, “that ensures wide-area situational awareness by continuously scanning hundreds of air and surface targets in real time,” said the company in a press release. “Its electronically scanned fixed panels allow the system to maintain stable and precise operation even in high sea states and harsh weather conditions. As for its target identification, IDENTIFFY SSR-850 IFF system integrated to the radar enhances reliability for secondary surveillance, offering high-performance electronic beam steering and increased reliability.
