DroneShield receives USD4.7M C-UAS contract from new customer

DroneShield has received a USD4.7 million order from a new international customer, to provide multiple vehicle-based counter-drone systems.

The vehicle-based solution will offer a rapidly deployable counter-drone platform that can be operated in both static and on-the-move missions for convoy and mobile VIP protection.

Payments are expected to be received throughout 2024, with the final payment expected in Q12025. DroneShield expects further order from this new customer.

The system to be provided incorporates DroneShield’s radio frequency detection and mitigation, radar, and electro-optical sensors, into a single vehicle-based platform. It will be powered by the DroneSentry-C2 command-and-control system, including its proprietary AI-based SensorFusion engine.
